We encourage you to have an honest discussion about this with your therapist. Your therapist can discuss options with you - whether that is to continue working together with some adjustments or being referred to another therapist that can better meet your needs. We want to help you find the best fit for your needs.
Calling a therapist is a big first step so we try to make that process easy for you. Our Intake Specialist, Ashley, responds to all calls within 24-business hours. She will schedule a call with you to answer all of your questions and help you decide if one of our therapists are the best fit for you. If we are not the right fit, she will do her best to get you to the right person.
